Job Details

The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of effective leadership in financial management and administration and ensure the effective development and implementation of the organisation's Strategic Plan.  Key responsililities will include;

  • Budgeting and budgetory control
  • Financial Management
  • General Administration
  • Ensuring compliance to legal and statutory requirements


Minimum Requirements
Education Qualification: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Membership to ACCA or ZICA
  • Working knowledge of accounting packages
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Work Experience: 
  • At least five years post-qualification experience preferably in a medical institution
